To recap the power of Pinterest…
As you now know…Pinterest has the attention of millions of businesses.
You being one of them….
This may be because, according to a recent referral traffic report published by Shareaholic,
In 2011… Pinterest drove more traffic than LinkedIn, Google Plus, Reddit, and Youtube…combined.

This young online marketing platform is in its infancy …. I know the power behind this platform because I receive over 15,000 pageviews blogging each month… Imagine the power of Pinterest for your business….

1) Okay… now that you know how to develop your Pincontent from our Content Pinstrategy video… It is EXTREMELY important to know when to Pin your content ….to ensure your content is displayed within your target market---before the world!!!

Now… before pinning your content you should check two things… one… that your Offerboards have all been categorized based on your target market… being that the majority of my pincontent is fitness and nutrition products I have most of my Offerboards segmented within categories of Health & Fitness and Food & Drink… be certain each of your boards have been properly categorized based on what you will be spending 80 percent of your time pinning to…I strongly recommend not having each of your boards under a different category… unless the title of your Offerboard is so clearly defined there is NO POSSIBLE WAY you would forget which category it is being branded under.

You are now looking at an analytic that illustrates a track record of when the majority of people pin… this can be found at guruexpert.blogspot.com within the July month… the analytic is found within the blog titled “Going Viral on Pinterest: Driving Big Traffic and Making Pinterest a Real Marketing Solution...written about Instructographics.. as discussed in our Content Pinstrategy video…a blog post is written by Cobly Almond.

Back to the Analytics… Immediately… what do you notice? … See the Two Peaks?!! This may seem Obvious.. but this is when people on the East Coast are waking up.. why do I focus on the East Coast… well … it’s because the majority of people in the United States are on the East Coast… at least the people who are on Pinterest… This graph illustrates an average trend where people are waking up… then checking Pinterest… then … after work… more Pinterest… People are addicted to Pinterest… I joke that my next video series will be called Pinterets Addicts Recovery System!...

I have found the best time to pin is between 4AM (MST) or 6AM (EST) and 4PM (MST) or 6 PM (EST).
You may say… well… what I can expect if I pin at those times??? Well… you will potentially find thousands of pageviews to your website and several additional followers for starters…

As you remember …. As soon as you pin at these times… your Pincontent will immediately arrive on the top of the category page…before the entire Pinterest Community within that specific segment. So.. make it COUNT!! These pins should be your bread and butter pins… hopefully you will follow the instruction from our last video… Content Pinstrategy… and build your Instructographics to debut at these times…

One word of caution…so you aren’t sending me hate mail if your pin isn’t posted immediately after you pin at these times… allow me to recommend creating a couple of pinterest profiles around specific offers… then consider pinning your Pincontent from one profile… evaluating the category board to see whether or not it is being marketed to your segement… if it is… Fantastic… if not… Pin from a different Profile… I have found it best to have each profile opened in different web browsers…

2) Ok.. Now on to Targeting your Market Segment … it has been said that if you want more friends in life you must first be a friend! It has also been said that you become the 5 people you associate with the most… therefore… don’t you find that most people tend to congregate with those with their own values and interests?

3) Building Community Boards to increase Popularity! What do I mean by popularity? Well…Russell Brunson once said that social media marketing is much like going to a party… when at the part you will be the LIFE of the party if you are constantly adding value in what you have to offer other people—just imagine how popular a person becomes when they show up with the food and beverages… we will now apply this principle to Pinterest by creating the party… adding value to the party… and then inviting others to join.

First thing to note…you must ask yourselves… within my market segment.. what are THE most valueable variables that motivate a person to subscribe to this market? With the Fitness industry… Food is a Tremendous topic people connect with. For the Travel industry… holidays… what do people immediately connect with within your industry?

Since you have been watching you’ve most likely evaluated the popular vision boards people create within your target market… you’ve most likely created a board to mirror the average of these vision boards… now… let’s invite people to join the party…

Let’s make this Offerboard into a Communityboard…the ulitimate advantages of joining the party is that a person will have an already developed visionboard around their passions and aspirations in life!

A minute ago I walked through how to become friends with people in your niche… here is how to invite them to the party… note: just as at any party… it will be to your benefit to reach out to those individuals who have the most popular profiles… I would spend 80% of your time marketing to these individuals.. and I would consistently like.. comment… re-pin… over the course of a couple weeks before sending them your personal invitation to the party.

Before showing you how to build this board correctly… refer to Russell Brunson’s profile… While marketing for this profile page… I spent weeks developing this page before inviting others to join specific community boards… if you have been actively applying the tools I’ve shared over the course of about a month… then you should be ready to comfortably invite people to join your community boards in about a week. Then… just like Russell… you will find your followers multiply Exponentially!!! Russell Received about 1,000 followers in about a month after developing his profile! Business Traffic will increase dramatically if you craft your PInterest Profile as I’ve indicated over the past few videos!
